Refunds

We gurantee that 100% refund your payment if there is any stain/ damage or wrong size etc., by our side or because of our mistake. 

First we are sorry if you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item.  Please contact us within 48 hours after you got the parcel at fiona.tan@nbsama.com. Please be assured that you got the support you needed.

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No return and exchanges for personalized customized products whatever under process or received.

We only accept returns if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size problems, color problems, and wrong shipping times.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in the acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
